Check-in		1500  Early check-in available/earlier dates available
Friday 23 Oct, 2009:

Shipmate free time for sightseeing, casinos, etc. 


Saturday 24 Oct, 2009:
Tour				0900-1300
Business Meeting		1500
Wine & Cheese Reception	1800
Sunday 25 Oct, 2009:
Memorial Service		1800
Pre-dinner mingling		1900	(hotel booze only)
Dinner		 		1930
Magic show (?)			post-dinner
Monday 26 Oct, 2009:
Checkout		1200  Late check-out available/later dates available

The Hospitality Room hours will be controlled by the Association.
Registration Desk will be open as necessary, as long as we have volunteers to man it. We will try to have coffee available in the Hospitality Room as long as it is open.
