1300 Hospitality room opens
1500 Reunion Early check-in
Friday 22 October:
0800 Hospitality room opens
1000 Reunion check-in
1300 Ladies Meeting
1300 Executive Board Meeting
1400 General Meeting
Saturday 23 October:
0800 Hospitality room opens
0930 Tour leaves the hotel
1300 Tour arrives back at the hotel
1600 Memorial Service (Hospitality bar closed)
1630 Hotel bar open
1730 Banquet Dinner
2000 Hotel bar closed (Hospitality bar open)
Sunday 24 October:
Checkout
Reunion rates are good for 3 days before and after the reunion dates
The Hospitality Room hours will be controlled by the Association.
Registration Desk will be open as necessary, as long as we have volunteers to man it.
We will try to have coffee available in the Hospitality Room as long as it is open.
